Plot Summary

However, peace doesn’t last long as a new rival, Veer Singh (Arjun Rampal), resurfaces—an exiled enemy of the Randhawa family—bringing vengeance, legacy, and secrets from the past.

Ajay Devgn
As expected, Devgn carries the film with his effortless charisma, comic timing, and signature action style. He balances slapstick humor with intense emotional scenes, reminding fans why Jassi became an iconic character.
Sanjay Dutt
A more restrained Dutt in this sequel, but still very much the solid backbone of the family. His chemistry with Ajay brings depth to the otherwise action-heavy plot.
Arjun Rampal
A surprising addition as the antagonist. Rampal brings a cold intensity to Veer Singh, although at times, the script doesn't give him enough space to shine.
Sonakshi Sinha
She gets slightly more screen time and agency this time. Her character has matured, and her romantic chemistry with Ajay still clicks.

Ashwni Dhir, who also directed the first film, returns with the same formula—big fights, loud laughs, and family drama—but adds a layer of legacy and emotion this time. While some jokes and sequences feel outdated, Dhir manages to balance nostalgia with newer themes like generational change, ego, and forgiveness.
However, the screenplay does suffer from pacing issues. The first half is a bit stretched with forced comedy, while the second half gains momentum with action and emotion.
